“Great hotel! Trend design, rooms were clean and well sized. Staff was VERY friendly and spoke both English and German. The hotel bar is open 24hrs and Modar and Marcus are the best bartenders/hosts on those late nights.”

“Fantastic stay at the Ruby Lilly! The location is absolutely excellent and incredibly convenient. The staff here are wonderful—especially Joanna at the bar, who was so welcoming and helpful. As for the room, it is very comfortable, spacious, and features a beautiful, modern interior design. The hotel bar itself is fantastic—it’s spacious and clearly very popular with hotel guests and neighborhood people alike, which gives the place a great energy. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Munich!”

“Came here for my friend's birthday. It's our first time in Munich (but not Germany). This hotel is fairly central with a 2 minute walk to the local tram stop and 5 minutes to the underground, both of which make traversing the city simple. We arrived on Monday morning and the staff here were helpful and welcoming, Dominik assisted us with check in and recommended places in and around Munich to see. The rooms are comfortable, with rainfall showers and adequate facilities, each floor has a "galley" room which has tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a vending machine (tea and coffee and iron is complimentary). The hotel design is cool with a retro/industrial feel and music themes, as far as we can tell from our party every room includes a marshall amp and Bluetooth speaker and there are guitars around in the bar area which you can take to your room. We spent quite a bit of time in the bar and the staff all appeared happy to spend time talking to us and asking about our plans and making recommendations for other things to do. We were given the option of a room clean or a beer token on arrival, we each chose the beer so did not have a room clean during our stay however housekeepers were visible daily and very pleasant and polite. Highly recommend and likely to stay here again. Special mention to reception/bar staff for being so accomodating and attempting to understand our terrible German language skills. “We had such a lovely stay at this hotel in Munich! One of the highlights for us was definitely the evening at the hotel bar. We originally planned to go out for dinner, but the warm and genuine hospitality of Arian, Carolina, and Markus made us want to stay. They created such a welcoming atmosphere that we felt completely at ease right away. Instead, we enjoyed some delicious snacks from the hotel menu along with perfectly crafted cocktails. It turned into a relaxed and memorable evening that we truly appreciated.
